富马酸性状：白色粉末或结晶状固体。有酸味，溶于乙醇，微溶于水，不溶于氯仿。无吸湿性。
富马酸用途：富马酸用作食品酸味剂，它可以替代苹果酸、柠檬酸，其酸度为柠檬酸的1.5倍，并起着食品防霉剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂的作用。用作酸度调节剂、酸化剂、抗热氧化助剂、腌制促进剂、香料；用作固体饮料产气剂的酸性物质时，产品气泡持久细腻；富马酸是医药和光学漂白剂等精细化学品的中间体。

No hygroscopicity.

Fumaric acid use: fumaric acid used as food sour agent, it can replace malic acid, citric acid, its acidity is 1.5 times times of citric acid, and plays a food mildew agent, preservatives, antioxidants role. Used as acidity regulator, acidification agent, antioxidant, curing promoter, spice, as the acidic substance of solid gas agent, the product bubbles are lasting and delicate. Fumaric acid is an intermediate for fine chemicals such as pharmaceuticals and optical bleaching agents.
