用途：抗真菌药。盐酸特比萘芬是一种具有广谱抗真菌活性的丙烯胺类药物。
用途烯丙胺类抗真菌药物，其抗菌谱比萘替芬更广，抗真菌活性更高。能高选择性地抑制真菌的角鲨烯环氧化酶，使真菌细胞膜形成过程中角鲨烯环氧化反应受阻，而破坏真菌细胞膜的生成，达到杀死或抑制真菌的作用。安全、毒性低、副作用小，口服和外用耐受性好，无致畸性或胚胎毒性。临床用于各种皮肤真菌感染(脚癣、股癣和体癣)和指甲真菌感染。
生产方法
方法1：以氯代叔丁烷和氯乙烷为原料，两者在三氯化铝存在下缩合。然后在氢氧化钾存在下，在二甲亚砜中高温加热，消去二分子的氯化氢，而得炔键。先和乙基溴化镁在室温中反应，再和丙烯醛作用生成6，6-二甲基庚-1-烯-4-炔-3-醇。最后溴代得顺反l-溴-6，6-二甲基庚-2-烯-4-炔，其E/Z约为3/1。
上述得到的产物和N-甲基-1-萘甲胺在碳酸钠作用下缩合，得特比萘芬(74.5%)和它的顺式异构体(25.4%)。两者可以用异丙醇重结晶来分离，也可用柱层析分离(洗脱液为甲苯-EtOAc，9：1)。
方法2：N-甲基-1-萘甲胺的盐酸盐，可在-78℃的低温及丁基锂存在下，和溴丙炔反应生成N-甲基-N-炔丙基-1-萘甲胺，碘化氢加成得N-甲基-N-烯丙基-1-萘甲胺，最后和3，3-二甲基丁炔的三丁基锡试剂反应，生成特比萘芬。

Uses: antifungal drugs. Terbinafine hydrochloride is an acrylamine drug with a broad spectrum of antifungal activity.
Use Allylamine antifungal drugs have a broader antibacterial spectrum than naftifine and higher antifungal activity. The selective inhibition of fungal squalene epoxidase may impede squalene epoxidation during fungal cell membrane formation and disrupt the formation of fungal cell membranes, thereby killing or inhibiting fungal growth. Safety, toxicity, side effects, oral and topical tolerance, no teratogenicity or embryo toxicity. Clinically used for a variety of dermatophytic infections (ankle, femoropopliteal, and tinea) and nail fungal infections.
production method
Method 1: Starting from chloro-t-butane and ethyl chloride, both are condensed in the presence of aluminum trichloride. Then in the presence of potassium hydroxide, high-temperature heating in dimethyl sulfoxide eliminates the two molecules of hydrogen chloride, resulting in acetylene bonds. The reaction was first carried out with ethylmagnesium bromide at room temperature and reacted with acrolein to give 6,6-dimethylhept-1-en-4-yn-3-ol. The final bromination yielded cis-trans-l,6-dimethylhept-2-en-4-yne with an E/Z of approximately 3/1.
