岗位职责：

一、研究院简介 Introduction

浙江清华柔性电子技术研究院（以下简称“柔电院”）是浙江省人民政府和清华大学共同打造的高能级新型研发机构，也是首批认定的省级新型研发机构。柔电院于2017年11月在长三角一体化核心腹地——浙江省嘉兴市南湖区正式注册成立，性质为民非（民办非企业）。作为清华大学柔性电子技术研究中心的校外实体，柔电院面向国家重大需求和区域经济发展，集中精力开展高水平研究，不断产生标志性成果并形成转化能力，持续打造国家战略科技力量，积极建设国内一流工业技术研究院。

Institute of Flexible Electronic Technology of Tsinghua, Zhejiang (IFET) is a new scientific research institute jointly established by the people&39s government of Zhejiang and Tsinghua University, also approved as one of the first-batch provincial innovative research & development institutions. In November 2017, IFET was officially established as a non-profit organization in Nanhu District, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, located in center of the Yangtze River Delta area. As an off-campus entity of flexible electronic technology research center of Tsinghua university, IFET focuses on crucial requirements of the national and regional economic development, endeavoring to carry out high-level scientific research, continuously produce great achievements and cultivate industrial transations. Enabled by the national strategy oriented scientific and technological strength, IFET is striving forward to a first-class industrial technology research institute in China.

柔电院中试场地超20000平方米，公共实验平台空间超3000平方米。四年来，柔电院深度聚焦柔性芯片与微系统、柔性可穿戴技术与医疗健康、智能感知与工业物联网等领域开展工程化技术研究，已基本形成国际领先并能解决实际工程问题的科研能力，累计牵头申报国家级科研项目30余项，申请发明专利500余件，年获批科研经费近亿元,持续以高水平的科技创新和工程化能力服务区域经济和产业发展。

The site of pilot line covers over 20,000 square meters and the space of public experimental plat covers more than 3,000 square meters. In the past four years, IFET has been focusing on flexible chips and microsystems, flexible wearable technology and medical health, intelligent perception and industrial Internet of Things, etc., ing a world-leading capability of solving practical engineering issues. IFET has applied for more than 30 national scientific research projects, more than 500 invention patents, and received annual research funding of nearly 100 million RMB. IFET continuously serves regional economy and industrial development with high-level scientific and technological innovation and engineering capabilities.

三、人才建设 Advanced Talents

柔电院以灵活的引才机制大力引进高层次人才，现有全职员工220余人，科研人员中具有博士和硕士学位人员占比超80%。全职高端人才中，国家级领军人才9人、浙江省领军人才7人、嘉兴市领军人才10人。柔性引进中外院士5人、国家级领军人才10人。同时，柔电院建有国家级博士后科研工作站，每年吸引30余名国内外一流大学博士生进站工作。

IFET has introduced considerable advanced talents.Among more than 220 full-time employees, there are over 80% holding master&39s and doctor&39s degrees. Among the full-time top talents, there are 9 national talents, 7 provincial talents and 10 municipal talents. IFET also has introduced 5 domestic and overseas academicians and 10 national talents in a flexible way. At the same time, endowed with a national post-doctoral research workstation, IFET annually attracts more than 30 employees graduating from first-class universities to pursue their post-doctoral research work here.

2.相关待遇 Salary and Benefits

（1）薪酬待遇：A类PI薪酬待遇面议，B、C、D类PI年薪分别为90、70、50万元，除年薪以外还可享受研究院其他相关奖励收入；

Salary: The salary of Class A is negotiable, and the annual salary of Class B, C and D is 900,000 RMB, 700,000 RMB and 500,000 RMB respectively. Besides the annual salary, you can also enjoy other related bonus from the institute.

（2）配套支持：聘期内A类PI支持经费面议，B、C、D类PI分别可获得专项支持经费600万、300万、150万元；

Supporting conditions: During employment, the support fund for Class A is negotiable, and Class B, C and D can get special support fund of 6 million RMB, 3 million RMB and 1.5 million RMB respectively

（3）协助解决住房和子女入学等问题；

Provide assistance of housing and children education.

（二）海外优青

Overseas Excellent Youth

1.申请条件Application conditions

（1）遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神；

（2）出生日期在1981年9月1日以后；

（5）在2022年4月30日前，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求；

(5) Before 30th April, 2022, the applicant should have a al teaching or research position in overseas universities, research institutions, enterprise research institutions, and have a continuous working experience of more than 36 months Those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding achievements may relax the restriction on the length of work appropriately

（6）取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力；

(6) Have achieved scientific research or technical achievements recognized by peer experts, and have potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in the field

（7）申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2020年9月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作，全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年。

(7) The applicant has not returned or come to China to work full-time, or has returned to China to work after 1st September, 2020. Upon receiving the grant, the applicant must resign from overseas employment or without employment overseas and return or come to China full-time to work for no less than 3 years.

2.相关待遇 Salary and Benefits

（1）年薪50-70万元，除年薪以外还可享受柔电院其他相关奖励收入；

（2）科研启动经费：100-500万元（含政府配套），资助期3年；

五、政府支持 Government Support

（1）人才房票：35-100万元；

（4）公积金贷款：60-90万元；

（5）博士后政策：

①新入站的博士后研究人员

 每年给予不低于25万元的科研生活补助，

 资助期2年；

②对出站留嘉（来嘉）工作的博士后

 补贴政策：给予最高20万元的生活补助

 补贴期限：分2次申领

(5) Postdoctoral Policy:

① Newly enrolled post-doctor

(1) living subsidy: no less than 250,000 yuan per year

② Researcher stay in Jiaxing after Post-doctor work
