用途:盐酸苯海拉明能消除各种过敏症状，其中枢抑制作用显著；尚具有镇静、防晕动及止吐作用，也有抗胆碱作用，可缓解支气管平滑肌痉挛。此外还有局麻作用，可局部应用治疗皮肤瘙痒。可用于枯草热、荨麻疹等。

不良反应：　　
⑴常见中枢抑制作用，如嗜睡、头晕、头痛、口干、恶心、呕吐及腹上区不适等。
⑵少见的不良反应有气急、胸闷、咳嗽、肌张力障碍等。有报道在给药后可发生牙关紧闭并伴喉痉挛。
⑶老年人用药后容易发生长时间的呆滞或头晕等。

Uses: Diphenhydramine hydrochloride can eliminate various allergic symptoms, and its central inhibitory effect is significant. It still has sedative, anti-motion and anti-emetic effects. It also has anticholinergic effects and can relieve bronchial smooth muscle spasm. There is also a local anesthetic effect, which can be used locally to treat itchy skin. Adverse reactions:
(1) Common inhibitory effects on the central nervous system, such as drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, and discomfort in the abdominal region.
(2) Uncommon adverse reactions include shortness of breath, chest tightness, cough, and dystonia. It has been reported that trismus can occur after administration with throat complications.
(3) Long-term stagnation or dizziness may occur in the elderly after medication.
